There are a number of the global issues such as social, political, economic and environmental issues that concerns and affect us all. Environmental issue are deforestation, desertification, animal extinction, water pollution, air pollution, soil pollution, erosion, disaster and global warming and other issues like over population, nuclear power, terrorism, woman right, over population, and food crisis. These are concern us in many ways, especially, ways of life.
In my opinion, a global issue that most concerns me is global warming. The reason why I consider this a global issue is because it has harmful effects on our environment. It is a huge issue for every country around the world and will become a major issue for later generations. It not only affects mankind but also animal and plant life.
I think global warming is the number one global issue. It affects everyone in every country around the world. As a global community we all contribute to the issue concerning global warming, such as, air pollution, and water pollution. These are just a few of the many issues that we are responsible for contributing to global warming.

The current energy problem is using inefficient energy system. Most of our people seem to ignore the effects we see, and feel now, and are not paying attention to scientists who told us about global warming: melting of ices in arctic, shortages of fresh water, and advancing deserts. So we should start changing our energy sources from petroleum and coal to other sources: wind, solar power, biofuels, and nuclear power.
In conclusion, the issue of global warming will continue into later generations. Our environment, animals, plants, water and air are all essential parts of our way of life. If we ignore, it will continue to worsen and become an issue that is uncontrollable.
