On Tuesday, December 30, 2008, this year is the same last year. In the evening after I finished the school, I went to visit my sister at Sampran district, Naknon Pathom. First time I was not sure that she will go hometown or not. If she went home, I go with her. I can not went alone because it was very crowded at Mo-chit.
The following day (December 31, 2008), she decided to go home. So my sister, her family and I came back to my hometown to visit my family at Buriram Province. We were so happy and we prepared to celebrate New Year party in the evening. We prepared lots of food especially, the delicious smell of baking chicken. We baked chicken by using rice straw for our party. Wow! It was very delicious. My father is only one person who can cook it delicious because it is difficult to cook. In a day, my cousins came to visit us. It was a good time to meeting each other. On our party, we sang songs and changed the gift together.
The next day (January 1, 2009), as my daily life on the morning I was watching TV. I had heard bad news that took place at Santika pub. Lots of people were died and injured. It's very bad news for the biginning of this year. I'm very sad. Then I went to the temple. So I felt HAPPY and to be contented. After that I went to visit my cousin. This day, it was windy and the weather was so cold. But for children, the weather was so good because it was time to fly a kite. There were many kinds of kite such as Jula, Pakpao, and Dui-Dui in the sky. I also flew a kite with my nieces and my nephews. It was very fun and very tired. We ran all day. Today was very lucky because it was not sunny. There were amount of clouds in the sky. I was saved from sunburn. The children following in the village are crazy about kite. They can fly it all day. For this activity I felt like I was young again!
The next day (January 2, 2009), it was very bad for me because I was sick and had a cold. Oh! ….. I think because of flying a kite and the weather changed. I was tired. I felt cold and wanted to sleep all day. Although I was sick, it was good time for me with my family.
After I had a wonderful rest, it was time for me to do my homework. I had long holiday. So there was too much work, too. But I did not worry about it because there were two days remaining. I hope you will have wonderful time on New Year holiday the same as me.
