
I agree with the point of view. I see many old age in my hometown. Although they are more 65 years old, most of them are healthy and also long life. They can work hard till nowadays. While many adult (35 – 50 years old) are getting illness such as heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, overweight etc. Most of all can cause by the foods that they now eat.
I think the cause of all people in earlier times are healthy is eating better food than nowadays. The food they bought or eaten was more nutritious. They can grew by themselves or bought from local farms. There are lots of foods for example vegetables, fruits, eggs, milks, etc. They are fresh and safe. They also don’t have chemicals. But nowadays, modern societies, everybody hurry to do activities such as go to work, go to study or anywhere. Many people work at outside. Fast foods are the best choices: hamburger, sausage, pizza, sandwich, and caned food. They buy ready-to-eat food from shop or super market. It rather isn’t fresh and also come from industry for keeping vegetables and fruits fresh. Although they was confirmed that is safe, clean, and hygienic. They may not adequate nutrient. Especially Thai food that earlier times eat, it’s full of herb that can treat illness. But now many kind of food take from western foods that have too much fat and carbohydrate. It isn’t good for health.
However it is no problem, if we know how to select food that full of nutrition and it also clean, safe, comfortable and easy to eat. Growing vegetables and fruits for eating, it’s a good way when you have time and area. If it’s impossible, you can cook by yourself. Exercise is also a good way to be healthy. Let’s take care ourselves!

Girl, I so agree with you. People in earlier times are good health because they eat fresh vegetable,fruits and everything are good. Nowadays have many bad things in everything. So you'll eat health food it's the best for yourself. Take care yourself.
You think the same way with me. People in earlier era are good healthy. Because they have a fresh vegetables and fruits. There are many vegetables in their garden without the poison. In the other hand, nowadays have a lot of junk foods. It's so bad for their health.
I do agree with you. I had seen old people in my village too. They often eat vegetable so much. They always told me about the good things of eating vegetable but I never believe it. And now I try to eat like them because I believe it can make me healthy and have longer life.
I very agree with you. The product from nature is good for us if the environment not dirty by humen.
Many time ago people have very good health because of eating benefit foods for their life. Don't forget exercise too for slimming shape. !!!
